Before you start
One player, several screens.
Identify your device’s operating system and playback capabilities. The Google Play listing shows whether your model and account can access the app.

Check the system, not just the brand
A Smart TV does not necessarily run Android TV: webOS and Tizen are different systems. You cannot install an Android app directly on them. This page’s Android requirements do not announce support for those systems.
A system minimum, not a universal guarantee
Android 7.0 is the app’s minimum. Some boxes, devices without Google Play or emulators may not meet Google’s distribution or verification conditions. Do not choose a device based only on this version number.
The Google Play listing viewed with your account remains the reference for whether your model can install the app.
What about 4K playback?
Screen resolution is not enough: the codec, media bitrate, server, network and device decoder also need to be suitable. NALYVO does not turn media into 4K or guarantee playback of every format.
If playback is difficult, start with a less demanding authorised media item and follow the troubleshooting guide.
