No. NALYVO is a multimedia player, not a content service. You add your own sources and must have the rights needed to use them.

Check that the same Google account is selected in the browser and Play Store, and review the access conditions on the official listing. Also check device compatibility and Store updates. The message alone does not identify the cause: tell support your model, Android version and the exact text.

Use the app from its official Google Play listing with the account used to install it. Check your connection and Google Play updates. Some devices or emulators may not meet the verification requirements. If this continues on a compatible device, contact support; do not disable your device’s protections.

Check the URL, credentials and availability of your own server. Select the source on the home screen and use ‘Refresh’. NALYVO does not add content automatically. Do not expose your passwords or private list URL in screenshots.

Try another authorised media item to distinguish a file problem from a general one. Then check the network and your source’s server. A codec or bitrate may exceed your device’s capabilities.

No: Connect asks for the device identifier and code shown in ‘This device’ in the app. A personal code is required if you set one. This flow does not give administrator access.

Keep it private: it lets you manage your installation’s sources. If it has been exposed, renew it in ‘This device’. Never share source credentials in a public screenshot.

The privacy policy explains data handling. The data deletion page distinguishes local deletion from removing the installation on the server.

First identify its operating system: Android TV, webOS and Tizen are not interchangeable. On Android TV or Google TV, check the official listing in your device’s Play Store.
